It was a busy weekend in the NPSL Southeast region. Friday night saw the season swing into action as Atlanta FC traveled to Birmingham Pumas, where Pumas prevailed 1:0 . In a preseason friendly on Saturday, FC Tulsa, the newest team in the NPSL Southeast, visited Houston and won a 4:2 victory over prospective NPSL club Regals FC . Also on Saturday, both Rocket City United and Chattanooga FC held intrasquad scrimmages to tune up for their season openers next weekend.
